Project Scope

Graycor completed the 7,000 SF Woodlands Grill & Gathering Place project in The Promenade Bolingbrook. Work included an interior build-out, exterior modifications, and seating areas to the new-concept restaurant. The interior design for the restaurant was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright features six indoor water fixtures, embellished custom millwork and glass tiles and custom light fixtures.

Woodlands Grill & Gathering Place is a new addition to the recently completed Promenade Bolingbrook, a 1.1 million-square-foot main street, mixed-use town center, located in Bolingbrook, Ill. The project, also completed by Graycor Construction Company, is nine city blocks of retail, restaurants, office and outdoor social gathering that provides village residents with their first real downtown experience.
