Project Scope

Graycor Construction performed an extensive renovation of Pier House Resort and Caribbean Spa, one of the Florida Keys’ luxury resort and spa hotels. Nearly 130 rooms were renovated in this phased project, along with common area updates within five separate buildings. A new elevator, light fixtures and millwork were installed as part of the renovation.
