Project Scope

Graycor was the general contractor for a 222,910-square-foot Class A industrial building, the first of the 1.5 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial space planned at the new park. Building 1 features a 205’ building depth, 30’ clear height with grade and dock level loading, concrete tilt construction, 3600 amps of power and full concrete truck courts. The building incorporates sustainable design and construction elements to achieve LEED certification. The scope of work also included site work and offsite roadway improvements.

Concurrently, Graycor constructed the pad for Building 2 which is a 280,280-square-foot, rear-load industrial building.
