Project Scope

JPMorgan Chase Bank called upon Graycor Construction to perform ground-up construction of a new one story banking facility located in Wheaton, Ill., a suburb of Chicago. The project included site work and construction of a 2,126-square-foot building with an attached three-bay drive-through. Work also included parking facilities, lighting, utilities, landscaping and irrigation.

Additional past projects include ground-up construction of a new branch of banks throughout Illinois and Arizona, as well as tenant interior build-outs of several existing banks.
