Graycor completed a complex design-build warehouse distribution facility in Tolleson, Arizona.

The multimillion-dollar rapid deployment center, funded by Seefried Industrial’s joint venture partner, San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate Co., is a 466,700-square-foot, single-story warehouse distribution facility – the size of eight football fields on 46 acres. The facility receives products from suppliers, then organizes and ships those products to Home Depot stores across the country. The state-of-the-art distribution center also includes 15,000 square feet of office space.
