Project Scope

Graycor Construction performed a 400-guest room renovation of the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Center. Work on the guest rooms, suites and ADA room conversions included demolition, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, drywall and finishes. The hotel remained in operation throughout the entire project.
