Project Scope

Graycor constructed a 697,049-square-foot warehouse facility. The concrete-tilt building features 109 dock-high doors/loading and two drive-in/grade-level doors, 32-feet clearance, concrete reinforced slab, TPO roof membrane with R-30 insulation, light is T-5 with motion sensors and double dome skylights.

Work on the 40-acre site included concrete paving, asphalt paving, utilities, masonry screen walls and landscaping. Off-site work consisted on a half-street improvement for 87th Avenue with waterline improvements on Buckeye Road.
