Graycor’s Southeast Hub Continues to Grow

With its growing client base and list of successfully completed projects, Graycor Construction Company has firmly established a strong Southeast U.S. presence. Through its Charlotte, North Carolina office it has built a top class infrastructure to serve its clients through the Southeastern U.S. Whether it’s building a manufacturing facility for Toyota in Mississippi, a new theater entertainment facility for Westfield Group/Cobb Theatres in Clearwater FL, or the new Bass Pro Shops in Cary NC, Graycor has proven it can harness the resources and apply its expertise across its multiple vertical markets to get projects done successfully and safely.

“The Southeast U.S. market is extremely important to us and we have been fortunate to land some very significant and successful projects in the region,” says Dave Wing, President of Graycor Construction Company. “If you add our past successes and current momentum, we believe we have a strong blueprint that will lead to even more success in the future.”

Graycor Construction Company has expanded its Charlotte office facilities to accommodate for recent and future growth, and has recently worked on major construction projects in the Southeastern U.S. for Bass Pro Shops (Alabama and North Carolina), Crate & Barrel (Florida – multiple locations), DDR (Georgia), Forest City (Florida and Virginia), Host Hotels & Resorts (Florida), Marriott (North Carolina), Polyplex (Alabama), Ritz-Carlton (Georgia), Toyota (Mississippi), Volkswagen (Tennessee), Westfield Group (Florida) and Wrigley (Tennessee).

“I am extremely excited about the opportunity to continue to grow the Graycor brand in the Southeast U.S., says Dave Wing. “The Southeast hub is a critical piece of Graycor’s North American footprint. Graycor has proven over its 90-plus year history that combining a long term perspective with smart capital allocation, high quality construction services and industry leading safety practices leads to an enduring and successful business.”
